Published

on

In a noisy world of social media and constant notifications, finding your own time to be alone is something not to be taken lightly. There are several science-backed reasons you should find some time to yourself, primarily around your mental health and well being. It’s hard to argue against allowing your brain to rest and recharge itself from the constant dopamine hits.

For me, I’ve found it helps to create more concentration while getting more productivity in less time. The times I’ve taken for myself have helped me think more deeply and discover my own strengths and pursue new opportunities. This couldn’t have come about if I were constantly on my phone.
